Manufacturing
Trico Machine was contracted by a customer to join them in producing components for a data center installation company. Trico’s portion of the contract required manufacturing components out of aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic. Together, Trico and its customer were able to fill a high volume contract that required maintaining tight tolerances over the course of long production runs.
Supply Chain
Trico Machine was contracted by a leading aerospace customer to manufacture precision aluminum banks designed to house power-dense, high-reliability capacitors. During a standard quality control check, Trico identified a significant issue with the external supply chain. Trico immediately activated a comprehensive quality recovery process, prioritizing transparency and direct accountability.
