Founded in 1953, Trico Machine Products solves customers’ engineering problems, develops customer products, and manages the production lifecycle. Trico Machine Products overcomes modern manufacturing challenges by retaining talented individuals, keeping apace with technological improvements, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. Combining a modern manufacturing floor with dedicated machinists, engineers, and office personnel, Trico Machine Products is able to deliver consistent products at a competitive price. Whether its upgrading its CNC capabilities, bringing on new talent, expanding into new markets, or solving manufacturing problems Trico Machine Products continuously builds on past successes to keep a bright future.

John Wojton

As co-owner of Trico Machine Products, John Wojton brings the legal and engineering expertise to foster Trico Machine Products next round of growth. John is an electrical engineer by education and has spent his career advising clients as a lawyer. Specializing in patents, trademarks, and intellectual property John has created the legal security companies need to springboard their ideas into the marketplace. Never leaving his manufacturing roots far behind, John was approached in 2025 to buy out a retiring cohort of Trico Machine Product’s ownership group. He jumped at the opportunity to work with Tom, and together they are  ensure Trico Machine Products remains the go-to source for manufacturing products and continues its growth into the future.

Tom Eppich

As co-owner of Trico Machine Products Tom Eppich brings a lifetime of manufacturing knowledge to bear on modern problems. Tom has been working in the manufacturing industry for twenty five years. He started his career as an entry level machinist at Trico Machine Products. Gaining the manufacturing skills,business abilities, and engineering knowledge necessary to meet customer demands, Tom became a part owner in 2012. Shepherding the business through off shoring, foreign competition, and changes in technology, Tom has learned the hard lessons that keep Trico Machine Products operating. He has deep knowledge in developing products from customer concepts, through the design cycle, and delivering the products to customers’ demanding specifications.
