John Wojton
As co-owner of Trico Machine Products, John Wojton brings a distinctive blend of engineering knowledge, legal expertise, and business leadership to the company. With a degree in electrical engineering and a successful career as an intellectual property attorney, John has spent decades helping companies protect innovations and bring new products to market.
Specializing in patents, trademarks, and intellectual property strategy, he has guided businesses through the challenges of commercialization while safeguarding their most valuable assets. His deep understanding of both technology and business makes him uniquely positioned to support Trico Machine Products' continued growth and evolution.
In 2025, John joined the ownership team after acquiring the stake of a retiring partner. Today, he works alongside Tom to build on Trico's long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service while positioning the company for future success.
Tom Eppich
As co-owner of Trico Machine Products, Tom Eppich brings more than 25 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and leadership to the company. His career began on the shop floor as an entry-level machinist at Trico, where he developed the technical skills, engineering knowledge, and business acumen that would shape his future as an owner and industry leader.
Through hard work and a deep commitment to customer success, Tom became a part owner in 2012. Since then, he has helped guide Trico through significant industry challenges, including globalization, offshore competition, evolving technologies, and changing customer demands. These experiences have strengthened his ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a highly competitive manufacturing environment.
Tom has extensive expertise in transforming customer concepts into finished products, overseeing every stage of the process from design and engineering through production and delivery. His focus on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction has been instrumental in maintaining Trico Machine Products' reputation as a trusted manufacturing partner.
Today, Tom continues to lead Trico's operations and growth initiatives, ensuring the company delivers innovative solutions and exceptional service to customers across a wide range of industries.
