Jim,
I have been using the Sky Window for a month now, and I am absolutely delighted with it. I would recommend it to anyone.
Before buying SW, I had been using Celestron 7x50 Pro's every clear night for about a year, sometimes on a sturdy photographic tripod. The tripod was too awkward near the zenith, so most of my stargazing was done handheld.
The difference that the SW makes is amazing. I am seeing detail that I did not think possible before.
Count me as one very happy customer.
Cheers,
Jim

I just got my Sky Window. Wow it is even better than I thought it would be...Wow the engineering in this is great. The finish is fantastic too. I drilled hole #1 to 5/16 18 thread and it mounts and swivels nicely on my old Celestron mount. What a slick operation. I will now do lots more observing in the back yard. I am going to tell all my friends.
Thanks,
Jim Payne

This is Jerry Miller in Orlando and I got your sky window yesterday and we all enjoyed it last night. The telescope was set aside because the sky was more interesting to see in the 9x60 binoculars. You make a great product.
Many thanks

Sky window arrived on the Wed. oct. 14. The Fujinon 16 X 70 work great with the extension you sent. My wife loves this device (me to). No more wrenched neck or shaky set up. This is a great way to scan the cosmos in total comfort. I have great binoc's - -now I can enjoy using them.

I showed my Skywindow to the owner my local astronomy shop, and he was impressed with the fit and finish of the product. I told him that my first experience with it was alot of fun. This is a serious peice of equiptment that has got me going out more often to observe. It is so EZ to grab and go.
Sincerly,

I believe that Sky Window will be to great boom to binocular astronomy. No more pain in the neck. I have used it more in the past couple of weeks (even despite the bad weather) than I have use binoculars in the past 35 years. I can sit for hours and scan the sky. There are satellites everywhere.

Jim, my Sky Window arrived today as scheduled and in perfect condition. Your company did a through job of packing; everything was in either bubble wrap or padded with cardboard and then packed in shipping peanuts. Someone really showed they cared that your product would get to me in perfect condition.
As for Sky Window itself; it is really beautifully done. I once worked (IT Dept.) for a company that made Orthopedic Implants. Spending 15 years around a large machine shop, I came to see the beauty and craftsmanship in finely machined objects. I say objects because our products varied from Hips and Knees to bone screws, plates and medical instruments and all of these were truly works of art and that is how I see Sky Window. It shows the skill of the machinists and all the rest of the line personnel that produced it. The attention to detail speaks volumes about your Company.
As for this weekend's main event, the Perseid Meteor Shower, everything is good to go now, except the weather. The NWS is predicting periods of rain through Monday. But we all know that can change. I will let you know how it turns out and also I would like to thank you for letting me know about the ship date and your interest in how I plan to use Sky Window. That really puts a personal touch to what would normally be just anonymous purchase from faceless company.
Best Regards,
Jerry Peeler

Jim,
I was attracted to the Sky Window because it seemed to be lighter, simpler and more comfortable than a parallelogram binocular mount (not to mention less expensive). All I can say is that it's pretty darn slick and the viewing angle is very comfortable. Sweeping the stars is super convenient and no craning up and around to see stuff. I am very impressed (and will
use this steady little mount as an excuse to buy some 16x70 binocs ;o). The gentleman at Trico Machine was also very helpful and UPS Ground got it to me in about 27 hours!

Hello Jim,
I received the shipment Sunday evening. Customs rearranged everything, but all parts were there and nothing broken. This is an excellent piece of equipment! The binoculars are great. Stars are fine points of light right up to the edge. As a unit, it is rock solid with no bouncing images while focusing. During the first session, three artificial satellites (one was the HST) crossed my field of view. I had no problem tracking them. Tonight, I went a little crazy and used the celestron adapter to mount my short focus refractor. It worked very well even at 150x! Last night, Mike had a long session with his Sky Window. With the adapter, it worked perfectly. He removed the counterweight and mounted the unit to his tripod. He was very pleased with the result.
We both thank you and Trico Machine for a very fine product. Should Trico Machine ever produce an Alt/Az telescope mount, I would be very interested.
Sincere Regards,
